Check out this awesome email we received today from a happy customer:

"I would like to commend the Arrow Sewing Cabinets, Customer Service
Department, on the outstanding service I received during the recent order I
placed through Joann.com.

I had originally gone into a local
Sears store to see what they had in cabinets for my new sewing machine. A
catalog was available with a few photos of the Arrow Sewing Cabinet
Products. The Sears Saleslady was not very knowledgeable about ordering
accessories to the cabinets so I attempted to call the Arrow Cabinets Company
directly from the store and left a message for a call back. The very next
morning, I received a call back from Jo in the customer service
department at Arrow Cabinets, apologizing for having missed my telephone
call and explained that they are on Central Time. Jo was very
pleasant, professional and knowlegeable, answering my question about being
able to order a machine specific insert that would fit my particular sewing
machine. She informed me that I could order both the sewing cabinet and
insert by going to the Joann.com website. I did just that and was very
impressed with the Joann Website, product photos, and ease in

The very next morning after placing the order, I received
a E-Mail confirmation along with a telephone call from Alisha in the
Customer Service department at Arrow Cabinets. She too was extraordinarily
pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, informing me that my order had
been received assuring me that I could get the machine specific insert for my
sewing machine that I was concerned about. She processed my order,
informing me that I would be receiving the sewing cabinet within about one week
and the insert might be a few additional weeks. I did indeed receive the
cabinet very quickly and the insert soon after.

I love my new
sewing cabinet but just could not get over the great customer service I had

We love these email. We base our business on top customer service and truely believe that is what separates us from others. Big congrats to Jo and Alisha for "doing their job" and offering nothing but the best service :)
